Kendra gasped as the door was flung open. A woman stood there, looking completely enraged, and saying it was time for Lucius to go. Kenda looked at the boy's face questioningly, wondering if this woman was a friend or foe. Seeing worry, she boldly asked before she could stop herself, "may I ask what your business with Lucius is?"

Karin looked at the woman strangley as Lucius could tell that it was time for him to leave. She motioned for Lucius to leave and he obeyed getting out of there sneaking around the man. Karin had a very enrgared look in her eyes as she showed no sign of happiness just pure rage. "I am his protector and for the moment legal guardian. He does what I say and I say it's time to go." She then looked at the man holding the gunblade. "If you follow us I swear I'll have my entire fleet distroy you..."

He said "You may be the leader of a huge fleet, still don't scare me. I know, by all means, that is not a empty threat, but you underestimate me. And in my life,I've come to relise that is not a wise thing to do." He knew full well who he was dealing with, but to him, she was just any other person. He then said " Why do you have to go adding all those titles to your name? Does it make you feel special? What if I went around calling myself Kogane, The Condemner? Whould that make me any scarier?"

Kendra was glad that Lucius was under someone's protection who could actually do something to protect him. She scolded herself for doing something as senseless as accepting a fight with this man who was obviously more experienced than her. She stepped forward to shake Lucius' hand, saying "it was good to know you. Perhaps we can meet again." And then she was out of the cellar, stepping into the sunlight again.

Lucius shook Kendra's hand. "Why don't you join us." He said egaer to have another fellow traveler. "You see Ms. Karin is not that talkative and its just me and her. I don't think she would have a problem against it.
Karin let out a laugh. "I was given the title. I do not add things to my name. I don't see why you would want Lucius for I am worth more then he is. He is worth 10,000 while I am worth milions." She then let out another laugh as she turned to head out of the room.

Kogane followed her out of the room, for it was the only way out. He said "Well then maybe I should capture both of you, and bring you in." He said " Tell you what. I will stop trying to capture him forever if he can beat me in a fight. If he wins, I stop. If he loses, and lives, nothing changes. If he dies, then I have to avoid being killed by you. Am I correct?" He pulled his hood over his head.

Karin sighed, but turned around to look at him. "You may fight him, but I will not allow you to kill him... If you do then I will have all of the seas after you... Do you understand this? Good." She told him without even wating for an answer. Karin nodded to Lucius.
Lucius gulped. He did not want to fight. How could he ever beat this man. He wasn't even trained in combat. Lucius stepped forward his green wings shining in the sunlight. You will do fine. A voice in his head said that made him stop walking forward. "What makes you so sure?" He asked he thought still trying to grasp the idea of a voice in his head. You have a god on your side... That made Lucius laugh a little but cheered him up nevertheless. Maybe just maybe he could win.

Kogane nodded to Karin, and said " Same terms as I thought. But if I kill him cause he won't give up after he lost, not my fault." He then took the staff of his back, and expertly spun it around for a second until he stopmeped it on the ground, and raised his hand. He then said "Let's see you skill at dodging. Stone!"

Kendra doubted that she'd be welcomed by Karin, but turned to her anyways and meeting her eyes said, "if the services of a white mage are needed on your vessel, I will gladly volunteer." She then flinched slightly as the first spell was cast, but was confident that Karin wouldn't let anything too serious happen to Lucius.

Karin nodded to Kendra. "You are most certinally welcome on my ship. Welcome to the crew Miss..."She said not knowing her name.
Lucius was watching Karin and Kendra when the spell was sent at him. He noticed it and quickly flew to the air doging the spell. He really did not like flying. As he flew he sort of moved back and forth like a new born bird learning to fly. Lucius then fell to the ground from lack of flapping his wings. He got up right a way and instead of taking off again ran straight at Kogane as he used his tail to grab onto a pole which he used to to use a high kick hitting at Kogane's chest.

Kogane jumped back slightly, and said "Thundara!" Three large thunder bolts came from the sky. One hit the pole, the othes were sent towards him.

Lucius doged the attack as he showed his hand at him and shouted, "Reflect." A barrier of reflect formed around him as Thundara struck him, but was sent back immediatly at Kogane...

Kogane rolled out of the way, drawing his gunblade. He fired off two shots a Lucius, saying "Try to reflect that!"

Lucius smiled as he used his wings to place them infront of him as the shots rictated off of his wings. He had used the scales on his wings to block the shot. "I hope you know that a dragons scales are stronger then dimonds." He said with a smile as he used his speed to grab Kogane by the arm as he threw him towards one of the buildings.

Kogane bounced off the wall and landed on his feet. He said "Now that's just boring......" He then said " Stone." Kogane ran up, right behind the spell. So even if he dodged it, he would leave himself open.
